Job Type: Hybrid (Full Time)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for enterprise data center daytoday support and network/server capacity management plans.
• Monitor demand forecast future usage document gaps and estimate network and data center capacity upgrades.
• Manages the data center and network recovery process by providing advice on infrastructure deficiencies and managing Disaster Recovery activities related to enterprise network and data center technologies.
• Directs System and Data Center staff by managing their activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
• Minimum of 8 years of technical support experience in a highly automated ERP environment
• Advanced PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
• Must be a resultsoriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
• Ability to multitask work independently and/or within a team pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
• Analytic and Reporting skills
• Utilize sound judgement and problemsolving skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced highvolume team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Management and leadership of large and decentralized teams of internal and 3rd party resources
• Managing data centers in virtual environments (VMware preferred)
• Ability to implement and support multiple technology stacks
• Experience in bringing data together from disparate systems to drive actionable insights for functional leadership
• Ability to guide technical resources
• Technical experience using Microsoft Active Directory Services Microsoft Exchange Server Microsoft IIS Firewalls Cisco Routers and switches VPN Solutions and Systems Management Software
• PMP TOGAF ITIL certification
