Head Quality Forging Manufacturing Unit

Manage Quality requirements for the Open forging 810 Tons (Single Piece) and Die forging Upto 18 with associated facilities for Materials CS Alloy SS Duplex materials for our Forging Facility.

He should have a pleasing personality and conversant in English / Hindi . This role requires maturity patience and high level of objectivity. He will be responsible for leading the Quality team consisting a team of supervisors Forman and Forging Contractors along with Customer Representatives / TPI Inspection etc.

Since this profile is versatile he is also expected to ensure implementation of prevailing systems and procedures and strive to adopt good Practices with an eye for progressively improving the Bottom line and Top Line as well.

He will be reporting to CEO as HOD Quality.

Requirements

a. Educational Qualification: BE/ B.Tech / DME

b. Industry experience / Exposure : Preferably Small & Medium Forging industry minimum of 8 Years for BE/B.Tech or 10 Years for DME

c. Excellent Communicator English / Hindi

d. NDT Level II or above

e. IMS Internal auditor

f. S.M.A.R.T in all his commitments
