Position Summary
Understanding and implementing the global talent strategy with VIVA s business priorities to drive results define and drive the delivery of talent processes and programs while managing employee life cycles from Onboarding to Offboarding.
The HR Specialist must possess enough business acumen to understand and implement strategies focusing on employee satisfaction and retention while contributing to reduce turnover costs and liaise between management and employees when necessary.
Performance Objectives
Manage employee lifecycle from Onboarding to Offboarding.
Educate coach and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals with actions including but not limited to: coaching counseling career development disciplinary matrix enforcement and disciplinary action documentation.
Support VIVA Staff through process implementation in alignment with Talent strategies and VIVA s Values.
Support Payroll accuracy efforts to ensure employee satisfaction.
Determine and evaluate risk and reasons for leaving to provide appropriate coaching and retention strategies
Analyzing employee satisfaction survey results and proposing action plans to increase employee satisfaction
Take ownership of planning and executing actions to maintain employee engagement at 80%
Education & Experience
2 Years of experience in Human Resources and Labor relations
Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources Psychology or related fields is preferred
1 years of working experience in multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices organizational diagnosis diversity performance management and employment laws.
1 Years Working Experience of human resource software and managing resources such as Zoho Workday Bamboo HR or similar.
