Proven experience as a MIG TIG and Stick Welder or similar role Proficient in MIG TIG and Stick welding techniques and processes Familiarity with ductwork pipe threading and soldering Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and welding symbols Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
