Job Description

The Senior Executive HR is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HR department ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. This role involves managing HR policies compliance and employee relations and supporting various HR initiatives to enhance overall organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Operations Management:
    • Oversee daily HR operations including employee records management HRIS maintenance and HR administrative tasks.
    • Ensure compliance with local state and federal labor laws and regulations.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  2. Employee Onboarding:
    • Monitor the employee onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
    • Conduct orientation sessions and ensure completion of all necessary documentation.
  3. Attendance & Leave Management:
    • Manage attendance and leave records.
    • Address attendance issues and ensure accurate leave tracking.
  4. HRIS Maintenance:
    • Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
    • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  5. ISO/ISMS/CMMi Audits:
    • Handle ISO/ISMS/CMMi audits and ensure compliance with standards.
    • Maintain relevant documentation and records for audit purposes.
  6. Training and Development:
    • Coordinate inhouse videobased training monitoring and testing.
    • Identify and utilize relevant training videos from public resources like YouTube Coursera etc.
  7. Employee Exit Management:
    • Manage the exit process ensuring full and final settlements for departing employees.
    • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
  8. Employee Relations:
    • Handle employee grievances and address them within the Turnaround Time (TAT).
    • Provide employee counseling and manage integrity issues.
    • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
  9. Employee Engagement:
    • Plan and coordinate activities to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
    • Organize events workshops and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
  10. HR Policies and Procedures:
    • Create implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure that all HR policies are uptodate and compliant with legal standards.
  11. HR Reporting and Analytics:
    • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decisionmaking.
    • Monitor HR metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Maintain compliance with labor laws regulations and company policies.
    • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and records.
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies.
  13. Software Proficiency:
    • Must be proficient in using MS Office (Word & Excel).

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Indepth knowledge of HR policies labor laws and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving and conflictresolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
  • Experience in handling ISO/ISMS/CMMi audits.
  • Experience with inhouse videobased training and identifying relevant public resources.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 57 years of experience in HR operations with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.
