You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking an experienced resource to manage BDB operations at 23 colleges representing IIDE at the college level. The candidate will network with various stakeholders such as deans faculties teachers and students ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage Google calendars for trainers
Oversee the LMS (Learning Management System)
Provide ongoing guidance to trainers addressing questions and problems
Monitor course progress and provide feedback to teaching staff as needed
Coordinate with students via calls emails and WhatsApp
Counsel students for their course inquiries at colleges (between June and August)
Work from 34 locations in Mumbai (College and IIDE Andheri Campus)
Handle college operations efficiently across multiple colleges
Requirements:
Experience and Qualifications:
38 years of experience
Fluent in written and spoken English
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Interest in sales and counseling
Knowledge of CRM and EdTech work experience
Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets
Understanding of LMS functionality
Familiarity with NEP (National Education Policy) and college operations
Willingness to travel across colleges
Expected Deliverables/KPIs:
Achieve batch strength through student counseling
Conduct 23 hours of daily student communication during the admission season
Manage the student journey from admission to course completion
