Call Center Representative Graveyard Shift

• Answer incoming calls from patients and provide courteous accurate and timely assistance.
  
• Schedule and confirm dental appointments based on patient preferences and office availability.
  
• Collect and verify patient information including personal details and insurance coverage.
  
• Address patient inquiries regarding dental procedures pricing and insurance claims.
  
• Assist patients with billing inquiries process payments and coordinate insurance billing.
  
• Make outbound calls to remind patients of upcoming appointments and follow up after procedures.
  
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  
• Collaborate effectively with dental office staff to ensure patient needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of dental services and patient communication skills.
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Senior High/Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply).
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  
• Ability to work night shifts (graveyard shift) as our office operates on US time zones.
  
• BPO experience is a plus but not required; we welcome candidates with a passion for customer service and willingness to learn.
