Job Description

As a Support Representative Doctor at Snazzy Align office you will play a vital role in ensuring our partner dentists receive exceptional support and guidance in using our aligner systems. You will be responsible for addressing their inquiries providing technical assistance and maintaining strong professional relationships. Your expertise in dental procedures and commitment to patient satisfaction will contribute to the success of our aligner solutions. This is work from office role.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner dentists providing prompt and expert support via phone email and video conferences.
  • Address inquiries related to our aligner systems treatment planning and case submissions ensuring accurate and detailed explanations.
  • Assist dentists in designing treatment plans using our digital tools including case reviews and recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with our aligner software and provide stepbystep guidance for problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with the R&D and Product teams to relay feedback and suggestions from dentists to improve our aligner systems.
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars for dentists to educate them on the use of our aligner products and new developments.
  • Keep uptodate with advancements in dental technology and aligner treatments to provide accurate and relevant information to dentists.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions with dentists including case notes feedback and product support.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to identify opportunities for upselling aligner products and solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials FAQs and knowledge base articles for dentists.

Requirements:

  • Qualified dentist with a valid license to practice dentistry.
  • Prior experience in orthodontics or aligner treatments is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex dental concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Empathy and patience in assisting dentists and addressing their concerns.
  • Familiarity with dental software and digital treatment planning tools is a plus.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training sessions and conferences.
