Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and Fresher Ticketing Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Handle ticketing inquiries and provide accurate information to customers regarding flight schedules fares and available seats
- Assist passengers with checkin procedures and boarding processes
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Should be wellversed on GDS Galileo Amadeus
Requirements
- Graduate & undergraduate both can apply
- Strong understanding of fare rules ticketing processes and travel regulations
- Fresher & experience both can apply
- Age limit 18 to 28 years
- Must be flexible to work over weekends & in rotational shifts
