Bilingual Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Bilingual Business Development Executive who is fluent in Japanese.Must have understanding of Japanese business culture and market dynamics combined with exceptional business development skills. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing client relationships identifying new business opportunities and contributing to our strategic goals.

Requirements

Proficiency in Japanese (spoken)

Fluent in English with strong communication skills in both languages.

Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing International Relations or a related field.

Proven track record in business development sales or a similar role with a focus on the Japanese market.

Deep understanding of Japanese business culture practices and market dynamics.

Excellent interpersonal negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

Willingness to travel as required.

Requirements: Should have 5 to 8 years of experience into Core & Advance Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring boot, JPA Knowledge of UML, design patterns, hibernate, SQL Server would be good. Hands on Experience on Web services with REST is a must and SOAP is nice to have. Good Command and hands on experience working on tool set like Eclipse IDE, SQL clients. Experience using Application server like Tomcat, JBoss, Wildfly. Experience with distributed computing is a plus. Familiarity with AWS is a plus. Knowledge on JIRA and AGILE Scrum process would be an advantage . Pro-active in problem resolutions with good coordination skills is desirable. Flexible, self-starter, fast-learner - willing and able to quickly learn new technologies and skills. Must be self-motivated and capable of handling team p
