Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Boutique Manager to join our luxury watch and jewelry business. The successful candidate will assist the Boutique Manager in all aspects of managing the boutique including sales customer service inventory management visual merchandising and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail sales and management excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and ensure that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability through effective management of the sales team.
- Ensure that the boutique is properly merchandised and that all displays are attractive and engaging to customers.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is properly received stored and displayed.
- Supervise and train staff on sales techniques product knowledge and customer service standards.
- Assist in the recruitment training and development of staff.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and keep abreast of industry trends and new product launches.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures including health and safety regulations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling payroll and reporting.
