Position Overview:

As a SwedishSpeaking Business Developer you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving growth for Google Ads products. Whether you are a seasoned professional or a recent graduate we welcome applications from both senior and junior profiles. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong business relationships identify new business opportunities and provide exceptional support to our clients. Your fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English will be essential in communicating effectively with our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential business opportunities within the Swedishspeaking market.
    • Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to develop effective business strategies.
  2. Business Development:

    • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth for Google Ads products.
    • Identify prospect and engage with potential clients to introduce them to Google Ads products and solutions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure longterm success.
  3. Sales and Negotiation:

    • Present Google Ads products to clients highlighting their benefits and features.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
    • Achieve sales targets and objectives through effective business development and sales strategies.
  4. Client Support and Relationship Management:

    • Provide exceptional support to clients addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
    • Monitor client accounts and campaign performance offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to ensure satisfaction and foster strong business relationships.
  5. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing product development and customer support to align strategies and achieve business goals.
    • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders ensuring clear and transparent communication at all times.
    • Participate in team meetings training sessions and industry events to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the digital advertising space.
  6. Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of business development activities sales and client interactions in our CRM system.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on business development performance market insights and client feedback to management.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills:

    • Fluent in Swedish (both written and spoken).
    • Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Skills and Experience:

    • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
    • Experience in sales business development or a related field is advantageous but not required for junior profiles.
    • Knowledge of Google Ads products and digital advertising is a plus.
    • Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate business development tools and software.
