Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities for highvoltage electrical service technicians
  
• Ensure timely and efficient assignment of service calls
  
• Monitor field service activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
  
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on service schedules and resolve any issues
  
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and dispatch activities
  
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize resource allocation and service delivery
  
• Provide support and guidance to field technicians as needed
  
• Additional responsibilities assigned by the manager
  

Who Were Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in dispatching or field service coordination
  
• Knowledge of highvoltage electrical systems and safety protocols
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
  
• Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  
• Proficient in using dispatch and scheduling software
  
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  
• Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service
  

Education & Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification preferred
  
• Experience in the electrical services industry is highly desirable
