Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated detailoriented selfstarting individual to join our team as an eCommerce Product Manager. As part of our eCommerce team you will work with various departmental and team leaders to ensure all aspects of our operations fall within applicable regulatory standards and run smoothly. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Listings: Create and update product listings on multiple platforms (e.g. Amazon Walmart Target Shopify).
  • Optimization: Collaborate with management to optimize product titles descriptions images and other listing elements to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
  • Customer Engagement: Monitor and respond to customer reviews questions and feedback promptly.
  • Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely restocking and fulfillment of orders.
  • Account Health: Regularly review and maintain account health metrics on various platforms.
  • Vendor Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Office Tasks: Assist in daytoday office activities such as filing data entry and organization.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless eCommerce operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Strong interpersonal communication (written and verbal) presentation and organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with various eCommerce platforms (e.g. Amazon Seller Central eBay Seller Hub Shopify) is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing eCommerce regulations and marketplace trends.
  • Highly organized selfmotivated and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

NicetoHaves:

  • Associate or Bachelors degree.
  • Experience with Excel Amazon SellerCentral Google Sheets and some WMS or ERP systems.

  • Reliable stable and highspeed home internet access.
  • A private and distractionfree workspace.
  • Consciousness of data security and respect for clients confidential information.
