Your role:

As a Senior Account Executive at Hadrian you will drive our sales efforts and play a crucial role in our growth.Your prior experience in b2b SaaSsales in the BENELUX regionwill prove instrumental in your success. As aSenior Account Executive you will be entrusted with the autonomy to oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Finally your profound enthusiasm for cybersecurity and your deep knowledge of the field will be of paramount importance.

What you will do as a Senior Account Executiveat Hadrian:

  • Generate new business through proactive outreach including cold calls emails and social media engagement.
  • Build and manage a thriving sales pipeline ensuring consistent and effective followup on leads.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our cybersecurity solutions to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close highvalue deals achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and enhance customer engagement.

You are fit for this job because you:

  • Are fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Have minimum 5 years of lead generation and sales experience selling SaaS solutions in the cybersecurity space ideally in the BENELUX region.
  • Are experienced in cold outreach and generating significant pipeline for account executives.
  • Have a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas with minimal account churn.
  • Are flexible in adapting to realtime feedback during discussions.
  • Have strong previous relationships with sales enablement and operation teams.
  • Have experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Bonus points if you have

  • Familiarity with the MEDDPICC qualification framework.
  • Previous experience in a startup or lowsupport environment.
