Our client a leading insurance company is looking for an excellent talent to join their firm:
- GotoMarket Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive gotomarket strategy for nonlife insurance products.
- Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
- Identify and prioritize target markets segments and customer profiles.
- Product Launch and Market Penetration:
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams to drive successful market entry and growth.
- Develop launch plans including marketing sales distribution and customer support strategies.
- Marketing and Sales Enablement:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing campaigns and materials.
- Collaborate with sales to develop sales enablement tools training and resources.
- Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all customer touchpoints.
- Performance Tracking and Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of gotomarket strategies.
- Conduct regular market and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Adjust strategies and tactics based on performance data and market feedback.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for gotomarket initiatives providing updates and insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with product development underwriting operations and other departments to ensure alignment and support for gotomarket efforts.
- Market Research and Customer Insights:
- Conduct market research to gather customer insights and identify new opportunities.
- Utilize data analytics to understand customer behavior preferences and trends.
- Integrate customer feedback into product development and gotomarket strategies.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the gotomarket team.
- Identify and implement new approaches to enhance gotomarket effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration Insurance or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- 5y working experience in gotomarket roles with a focus on nonlife insurance or related financial services.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in market research and data analytics tools.
- Indepth knowledge of nonlife insurance products and market dynamics.
