Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Software Engineer for a senior leadership role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and entrepreneurial spirit capable of driving product development in a fastpaced environment. This role involves working with a worldclass team to innovate and ship features daily.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of fullstack applications using JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as Angular React Ember or Vue.
• Design and implement user interfaces using Figma.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
• Innovate and drive product development autonomously without product manager oversight.
• Thrive in a fastmoving environment shipping features daily.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fullstack engineering.
• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Evidence of Entrepreneurial Founder DNA (e.g. prior startup founder early founding team member significant side projects).
• Experience working in startups up to series C.
• Strong problemsolving abilities and a productminded approach.
• Humble and low ego capable of thriving in a worldclass team environment.

Preferred:

• Experience as a cofounder or CTO in a startup.
• Experience with YC/Techstars backed startups.
• Education from a reputed university.
• Experience in social missiondriven projects especially in health tech clean tech agri tech or climate tech.
• Strong Angular experience and design skills.
