Must Have Skills:

• Pega Platform: Proficiency in the Pega Platform is essential including handson experience in designing and developing Pega applications. You should be familiar with Pegas tools and methodologies including case management business process management decision management and application development.

Good to Have Skills:

• jQuery: Knowledge of jQuery is beneficial for enhancing the interactivity and functionality of web applications. Experience with jQuery can help in developing more responsive and dynamic user interfaces.
• Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE):Familiarity with Java EE is advantageous as it provides a robust and scalable platform for building enterpriselevel applications. Understanding Java EE concepts and components can enhance your ability to integrate various enterprise systems and services.
• Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML):Proficiency in HTML is important for structuring and presenting content on the web. Knowledge of HTML is crucial for developing user interfaces and ensuring web applications are accessible and userfriendly.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
