Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a passion for designing developing and implementing electrical systems and solutions for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development:
  • Develop electrical system designs and specifications for a range of projects including commercial industrial and residential developments.
  • Prepare detailed engineering drawings schematics and documentation.
• Project Management:
  • Manage and oversee electrical engineering projects from concept to completion ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Technical Analysis:
  • Conduct technical analyses calculations and simulations to ensure the feasibility and performance of electrical systems.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate electrical equipment materials and technologies.
• Compliance and Standards:
  • Ensure all designs and installations comply with relevant codes standards and regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to verify compliance and quality of electrical installations.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical engineers civil engineers and architects to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into overall project designs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance and support.
• Innovation and Improvement:
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in electrical engineering.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement within projects and the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Proven experience in electrical engineering design project management and implementation.
• Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit ETAP).
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes standards and regulations (e.g. NEC IEEE).
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Working Conditions:

• The role is remote
• Occasional travel to project sites and client meetings may be required.

Pay rate:

• $20 $22 per hour

• 40 per week
