Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to oversee and manage six branches located in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating all regional operations ensuring that each branch meets performance and profitability goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong track record in retail management and a proven ability to lead teams effectively.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve regional business objectives
- Monitor and analyze branch performance providing guidance and support to branch managers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all locations
- Drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
- Manage budgets and financial performance for each branch
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee development
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
- 56 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail industry
- Proven success in managing multiple locations or branches
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- Fluent in Spanish and English
