The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating all regional operations ensuring that each branch meets performance and profitability goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong track record in retail management and a proven ability to lead teams effectively.

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve regional business objectives
- Monitor and analyze branch performance providing guidance and support to branch managers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all locations

- Manage budgets and financial performance for each branch

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
- 56 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail industry
- Proven success in managing multiple locations or branches
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- Fluent in Spanish and English
