An amazing opportunity to work with a dynamic Australian Manufacturing Company for an experienced vibrant and highly motivated Business Development Virtual Assistant.
Reporting to the Managing Director and working with direction from the team you will be a selfstarting highly organised and experienced Business Development Virtual Assistant. You will have some BPO and Sales Support experience within the same industry ().
You will be responsible for the following:
- Research markets in a given coverage area
- Compiles sales leads and maintains a consistently healthy pipeline
- Cold calls and/or emails to potential clients
- Schedules and conducts a targeted number of meetings with prospective clients each week
- Builds and maintains relationships with existing and new clients
- Gathers requirements and drafts business proposals
- Develop strategic sales plans and present them to the management
- To perform such other tasks and duties as may be assigned to him from timetotime management
- All administration associated with Prospecting & Sales
- CRM management data entry sales pipeline management
- Appointment Setting through email and online platform
- Calendar Management
- Proposal and contract creation from Proforma templates
- Managing and updating documents within client CRM
- Process customer accounts and file documents associated with the sales process
- Send followup emails
- Management of client system usage through nurture & support
Requirements
- Degree qualified ()
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Appointment Setting or Cold Calling
- Proactive resultsdriven and efficient.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Good attention to detail
- Highly organised and processoriented
- Experience in various software including; Microsoft Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint) CRM softphone Avaya HubSpot
- Experience working in various BPO companies is a plus
- A passion for sales ()
- Extremely clientoriented a terrific communicator and a dynamic closer
Benefits
1. Monthly Salary: Php35000
2. Salary will be paid on a bimonthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
- 10 days annual leave credits
