Collaborate with stakeholders to draft or revise supplemental guidance and communication products to support the development or revision of Cyber Academic Engagement Office (CAEO) policies and procedures.
Cultivate university engagement through outreach initiatives to foster DoD and academic collaboration in crosssector cyber IT and cyber operations.
Leverage established relationships with National Centers of Academic Excellence in Cybersecurity (NCAEC) Senior Military Colleges (SMC) VICEROY and National Defense University (NDU) to host community of practice meetings share program successes and review lessons learned.
Provide support and expertise in facilitating the application review and selection process in collaboration with the client or organization managing the applications.
Support the implementation and administration of workforcewide development opportunities to encourage program success such as the Cyber Workforce Rotational Program Cyber Information Technology Exchange Program (CITEP) and Cyber Service Academy (CSA).
Support processes to monitor and assess implementation according to DoD CIO priorities goals objectives and milestones.
Provide expertise to inform leadership in making strategic and management decisions.
Bachelor s degree; a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology is a plus.
Experience in assisting workforce in professional development and career advancement.
Good written and communication skills.
