Job Description
This is a remote contract role for a Donation Management Specialist. The Donation Management Specialist will provide excellent customer service by taking inbound calls from donors for various charities nonprofit and forprofit companies. This position will require excellent data and financial security protocols. As well as accurate data entry. There are no health benefits offered and it is a contract position (1099).

Requirements
Experience in customer service or related field preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual a plus
Good problemsolving skills and ability to think critically and creatively in handling customers issues
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity with customer service software preferred
MUST pass a background check
Must have a PC with Windows 10 or 11...**Chromebook Ipad and Mac computers are NOT compatible**
Must have high speed internet (hardwired only no WiFi)
Must have a dedicated phone line without voice mail.
High school diploma or higher preferred
