Develop and revise materials to deliver Cyber training to the workforce their managers and/or HR managers.
Administer knowledge and skills enhancement programs such as rotational programs to benefit Cyber organizations.
Create and update training modules to provide superior training and upskilling opportunities related to the Cyber workforce.
Develop video training and other products to increase overall DoD Cyber Workforce (DCWF) awareness for prospective candidates and stakeholders.
Develop and deploy training materials that explain key program mechanics including Cyber occupational structure employment and placement and compensation and benefits to HR practitioners.
Prepare executive briefs point papers reports information papers action memos training modules and fact sheets.
Deliver CES briefings and training sessions to various audiences including senior executives HR practitioners unions supervisors managers and the general workforce.
Bachelor s Degree.
Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
Instructional system designer expertise.
Proficiency in Articulate Training tool or similar training tools.
Experience with MSOffice Suite and other office automation tools including MSWord PowerPoint Outlook AdobeDC MSExcel and MSProject.
Excellent communication written and organizational skills.
Work Schedule: Hybrid 2 to 3 times a month
