Job Description

Role Summary: The position is of a sales leadership role that will be overlooking the entire North American territory including Canada for new customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. The person will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects for the BA product and service portfolio that includes End to End Market Research & Analytics Services in the B2C B2B and Healthcare domains Global Online & Mobile Panels including Healthcare Panels & new offerings like Syndicated / OmniBus Surveys plus new age digital research tools like SmartSight HealthSight and Go2Insights. The person will also be responsible to develop a sales team under his/her leadership who at an individual basis can be focussed on selling specific portfolios to clients. The goal is to contribute towards the leadership teams vision for continuing rapid and sustainable growth in the NorAm region. Job Description and Responsibility: Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base in NorAm & Canada regions and pivot BAs imagery to being a digitalfirst research solutions company for Corporates Actively prospect and sell BAs Insights & Analytics services Panel services (B2C B2B Healthcare) & Products (SmartSight HealthSight) into new/existing accounts Build and develop a 23 member sales team under his/her leadership to enable increased sales outreach and focus. Develop compensation & effective tiered commission plans for the team. Deliver on sales quota numbers for each of specific geographic region(s) by utilizing his/her and teams expert sales hunting skills and assign the frontline manager for those accounts. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and social media and conducting road shows in various markets Representing Borderless Access at industry events and conferences and taking up the speaking opportunities and delivering world class content Presenting sales pipeline revenue expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Take ownership for the USA region & team Qualifying Skills: Demonstrated record of success in outbound sales environment. (minimum 10 years of research industry sales experience preferably management graduate minimum college degree). Should have actively sold research & analytics services to Corporates and hence have an active network. Has build and developed a sales team in his/her previous assignments. Should not have always played an individual contributor role. Be willing to take up extensive travel as it is core need for this position. The person should be disciplined on updating MIS/maintaining CRM tools and comfortable with technology The person should have the ability to mentor a team and lead by example Perks: Open work culture thriving on desire to excel and consistently reset the benchmark Its a certified Great Place To Work.
