Complete Description:
ODRC is seeking a video support specialist with extensive experience in processing and scheduling videoconference requests managing issues via telephone and email using Microsoft Office 365 and proficiency in Polycom RMX Resource Manager and endpoints. The role involves supporting daytoday videoconferencing operations across a multisite network in London Ohio.
