Mid-level Developer - Atomics Engineer

At Nemesis we are dedicated to continuously maintaining and extending our library of atomics and standard scenarios. We are looking for passionate Junior to MidLevel Developers with a strong background in development and relevant security experience to join our team and drive our Breach and Attack Simulation Software forward.

Tasks

You will work on implementing new atomics maintaining existing ones developing reporting templates handling UIrelated presentation tasks and performing data analysis with a focus on visualization. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to stay ahead of the evolving threat landscape.

• Develop and implement new atomic techniques quickly and efficiently
• Continuously test and update existing atomics to ensure they function correctly especially following changes in target environments such as Windows updates
• Perform statistical analysis time series analysis and data aggregation with a focus on creating insightful visualizations
• Work on reporting templates and UI presentation tasks to ensure our tools are userfriendly and informative
• Stay current with cybersecurity trends and continuously adapt to the evolving threat landscape
• Produce clear and concise descriptions and documentation for techniques and tools

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
• Strong ability to analyze writeups and reports of cyber attack techniques.
• 2 years of experience in Python PowerShell or Bash for automation tasks.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and MITRE DEFENSE frameworks.
• Familiarity with writing documentation for IT tools
• Proven interest in the continuously adapting and evolving cybersecurity landscape
• Knowledge of common tools and terminology used in the cybersecurity landscape (red teaming pentesting...)

Potential Considerations:

• Debugging Skills: Strong ability to identify and resolve bugs efficiently.
• Red Teaming/Penetration Testing Experience: Background in red teaming or penetration testing is beneficial.Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with developers and customers.
