Job Description
Here you will be responsible for supporting the agency on both fronts - client and internal. In the studio you’ll be working closely with the senior engineers to maintain and service the equipment at the lounge, server room, VC facilities and XR/Broadcast studio. You’ll also be supporting in general IT, like setting up new starters.
You will also be joining them on large-scale installations working on offsite testing/staging, manual handling, training and shipping and logistics.
You’ll be the clients first point of contact on all things tech. Whether they need support with training or fixing something – you can help remotely or in person as needed.
