- Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00
Language Requirements:
- Italian (Native proficiency)
- English (B2 level)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: 12 600EUR per annum
- Meal Allowance: 190872 EUR per annum
- Position Bonus: 1 500 EUR per annum
- Performance Bonus: 175 EUR per 12 months
- Health Insurance: Provided after 6 months
- Relocation Package:
- Reimbursement of airfare up to 400 EUR (Economy class) on the 6th month of the contract
- Accommodation: Shared apartment room with a rent of 280 EUR per month (deducted from salary)
Contract Type:
- CDD (Contrat Dure Dtermine) 6 months
Responsibilities:
As a Back Office Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Backoffice Operations:
- Interact primarily with lawyers legal officers and National Enforcement Bodies (NEB).
- NEBs verify the compliance of transport operators with passenger rights regulations.
- Handling Complaints:
- Address and resolve issues raised by NEBs or other stakeholders regarding passenger rights violations.
Qualifications:
- Preferred Experience: Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong communication skills attention to detail and ability to work independently.
