Back Office Customer Service Agent Italian

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00

Language Requirements:

• Italian (Native proficiency)
• English (B2 level)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: 12 600EUR per annum
• Meal Allowance: 190872 EUR per annum
• Position Bonus: 1 500 EUR per annum
• Performance Bonus: 175 EUR per 12 months
  
• Health Insurance: Provided after 6 months
  
• Relocation Package:
  • Reimbursement of airfare up to 400 EUR (Economy class) on the 6th month of the contract
  • Accommodation: Shared apartment room with a rent of 280 EUR per month (deducted from salary)

Contract Type:

• CDD (Contrat Dure Dtermine) 6 months

Responsibilities:

As a Back Office Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Backoffice Operations:
  • Interact primarily with lawyers legal officers and National Enforcement Bodies (NEB).
  • NEBs verify the compliance of transport operators with passenger rights regulations.
• Handling Complaints:
  • Address and resolve issues raised by NEBs or other stakeholders regarding passenger rights violations.

Qualifications:

• Preferred Experience: Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Skills: Strong communication skills attention to detail and ability to work independently.
