Qualification Required

• BA or BS Degree in an engineering discipline or computer sciences discipline . Masters or PhD preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with PLM team to provide ongoing maintenance to the Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management system (workflows stylesheets access control etc.)
• Follow agile PLM development process to administer configure and customize Teamcenter (system configuration management and release management solution testing maturity review & deployment user support & feedback continuous improvement etc.).
• Create training and support documentation for Teamcenter solutions and provide support & training to user community
• 5 years of experience with Teamcenter and Active Workspace in the following areas:
• BMIDE workflows stylesheets structure manager change manager access manager organization indexer/full text search
• 3 years of experience in end user support and working on L1/L2 support tickets
• Experience with windows batch HTML XML
• Programming experience: C/C ITK customization (workflow handlers etc.)

Technical Skills

• Experience with troubleshooting Teamcenter errors
• Experience with design engineering and configuration management processes (including change management)
• Experience working in an agile development methodology
• Windows & Linux server administration experience
• Experience with git
• Programming experience: Python PowerShell shell scripting Java
