Position: Registered Care Home Manager
Location: Wimborne Dorset
Salary: £112000
Contract Type: Permanent
Remit:
Queens Park Care is proud to be working in partnership with a premium care home provider to recruit a Registered Care Home Manager for their residential home in Wimborne Dorset.
This provider plans to refurbish the care home with new interiors and facilities and change its registration from residential to nursing.

The care home is based in Wimborne and is commutable from Blandford Bournemouth Christchurch Lymington Poole Ringwood Salisbury Shaftesbury Southampton Verwood Wareham Winchester and surrounding areas.

Interview Process:
The interview process will be in a twostage format.
- Stage One – Video call interview with the HR Business Partner & Regional Director
- Stage Two Inperson interview with the Senior Management Team
The Candidate:
- Have a proven track record in the management and delivery of highquality care within large care homes
- Possess strong commercial acumen with a history of driving occupancy and improving fees
- Excellent communicative skills
- Demonstrate excellent leadership
- Knowledgeable of CQC criteria
- Driving license and own vehicle are required
