Requirements

Professional experience: At least 1 year of experience in copywriting and digital marketing

Proof of success: Proven track record of creating highconverting campaigns

Basic knowledge: Experience with email marketing landing pages webinars and Google/Facebook Ads

A feel for language: You are used to adapting texts to different target groups and digital formats. Your texts are authentic lively and convincing.

KPIdriven work: You know how to analyze and continuously develop the effectiveness of your copy using the right KPIs.

Sound expertise: Your copy is based on proven principles of copywriting and sales psychology not just gut instinct.

Independence and commitment: Your confident handling of complex dynamic situations ensures that you can manage several projects at the same time even in a fastpaced environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Creative marketing You know how to make digital products in the field of personal development & coaching shine. Your linguistic talent and your tool box make it easy for you to develop the right text ideas for highconversion sales campaigns for the Germanspeaking market.

Varied copywriting you know how to conceptualize texts for different formats and implement them quickly. Whether Google/Facebook Ads emails landing pages or webinars.

Crossfunctional projects As a copywriter you are part of the online marketing team and you know how efficient stakeholder management works. You are in constant dialogue with the product team the design team the social team and the video production team.

Branding Your texts are our external communication you effectively help shape our branding and our success. You can easily empathize with our target group and always choose an authentic tone.
