The opportunity

As a Junior Creative duo (Junior Art Director/ Junior Copywriter) you will both join our talented creative team in our Munich office.

You are design and idea junkies. The digital world fascinates you and youre passionate contributors to it. You have a conceptual way of thinking and you already have track records for creating and producing standout work with attention to eyecatching craft in both art & copy.

Youre hungry to take your art direction and copywriting creative skills to the next level working on a diverse portfolio of clients including technology healthcare home appliances and more. Plus youll be honing your craft in a diversity of media particularly in social content digital and classical advertising.

Youll be completely at home working within a creative team collaborating with and learning from other art copy and development team colleagues. You wont be confused by CI guidelines design grids or campaign development (but youll have an understanding of how to push them). Above all your superskill will be making communication creative engaging and impossible to ignore.

Requirements

What were looking for

• Two strong conceptual thinkers with previous experience as a junior art director/junior copywriter in an advertising agency. (If youre a junior copywriter without an art partner or a junior art director without a copy partner dont hesitate to apply anyway. Well pair you.)
• A fresh and powerful book that demonstrates rich crossmedia ideas
• Excellent craft skills plus the desire and energy to put them to work
• A collaborative approach the ability and desire to work as part of the broader team outside the creative department
• Social media natives and trend hunters that shine a light on new social narratives
• The ability to articulate ideas clearly both verbally and in presentation documents
• Energetic and dynamic personalities and a proactive mindset
• Good people skills radiators not drains
• Have very strong written/verbal skills both in English and German.
