The Role:
Were seeking a usercentric Senior Product Manager to drive Bites evolution. Youll focus on understanding and solving real educational challenges for students globally ensuring our product delivers meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Deeply understand our diverse global user base their learning challenges and educational contexts
Identify and prioritize key problem areas in global education that Bites can address
Develop usercentric product strategies that align with Shagufs vision and solve realworld learning issues
Lead research initiatives to uncover user needs pain points and opportunities for innovation
Analyze global user data to measure impact and inform product decisions
Collaborate crossfunctionally to translate user insights into effective solutions
Champion the user voice in all product decisions and development processes
Evaluate and measure the success of product initiatives based on user impact and business goals

Qualifications:
Proven experience in Product Management with a track record of solving complex user problems
Strong empathy for users and ability to translate needs into product solutions
Experience with user research persona development and journey mapping
Datadriven approach to decision making with strong analytical skills
Proficiency in product analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude preferred
Extensive experience using LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT) for research and productivity is a must
Understanding of basics of generative AI products and Large Language Models (LLMs) preferred
Understanding of global education landscapes and diverse learning needs
Excellent communication skills and ability to advocate for usercentric approaches
Adaptability and innovative thinking in a fastpaced evolving environment
Bachelors degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus
