Job Description
- Use analytics tools to track user behavior, conversion rates, and key performance metrics.
- Plan and conduct A/B tests to optimize user experience and conversion funnels.
- Iterate on features & designs based on test results to drive growth.
- Conducting user interviews, surveys, or usability studies to gather insights for product improvements.
- Identifying areas of improvement and recommending strategies to address them.
- Embracing an iterative approach to product development by continually testing, learning, and iterating based on data-driven insights.
- Set the strategic direction of your product branch which aligns with user needs, business growth, and overall technology strategy.
- Own and drive the whole product lifecycle from problem identification, design, development, launch and assessment.
- Define product requirements and roadmaps including things as time, cost, impact and priority.
- Work cross-functionally with the Engineering, Design, Operations and Marketing teams.
- Drive scalable processes and innovation around the product development cycle.
- Own your designated KPIs and set ambitious, yet realistic targets.
- Always solve for the simplest and fastest solution to any given issue/opportunity.
- Successfully balance between the long term goals and quick wins.
- Collaborate across teams to communicate product strategies with internal stakeholders and adjust priorities according to feedback.
- Participate in the design of a secure product.
