Our client is a marketing agency who is searching for qualified talent to join their firm:
- Leading the creative team to come up with innovative and creative campaigns to help clients achieve their marketing aims.
- Mentor and guide junior creative members.
- Supervising the creative departments daily workflow and ensuring that work product reflects the dedication to quality and creativity that the agency prides itself on.
- Interacting with clients to explain the creative rationale behind campaigns proposed.
- Working with the business development team to pitch for new clients.
- Evaluating trends assessing new data and keeping uptodate with the latest marketing techniques.
Requirements
- 5y creative experience in an advertising agency environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- A solid understanding of design copy and web practices.
- Comfortable with interacting with clients and explaining creative rationale.
- Handson experience in leading and executing creative work process.
- Degree in art design marketing communications or other relevant fields.
