Our client is a leading educational institution who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Clinical Leadership: Guide and oversee all clinical operations within the OCP and the university clinics to ensure the provision of exceptional patientfocused care.
Educational Integration: Advance the clinics role as prime clinical teaching facilities providing medical students and residents with rich educational experiences through diverse patient interactions.
Quality Enhancement: Spearhead initiatives to improve patient safety clinical outcomes and overall satisfaction while ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements.
Staff Development: Provide mentorship and foster the growth of faculty and staff including clinicians nurses and administrative teams.
Strategic Involvement: Engage in strategic planning efforts to align clinic operations with the universitys educational and research objectives.
Partnership Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with university departments affiliated hospitals and community health providers to expand service offerings and educational prospects.
Resource Oversight: Collaborate with leaders of the partner hospital to manage clinical resources including staffing budgeting and operational efficiency.
Clinical Duties: Allocate at least 50% of time to direct patient care across both the OCP and the university clinics.
Requirements
MD with a focus in Internal Medicine Pediatrics Family Medicine or a related field.
Valid medical license in Vietnam and credentialing eligibility with partner hospitals.
At least 5 years of clinical practice with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity within a clinical education setting.
Strong dedication to medical education and mentorship of trainees.
Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
Demonstrated success in clinical quality improvement and patient safety.
Understanding of healthcare regulations accreditation standards and outpatient care best practices.
Excellent organizational abilities with experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Proven capacity to perform well under pressure adhere to policies adapt to changes and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

A Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree is necessary, ideally from a highly respected institution. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing medical education programs that meet international standards and accreditation requirements. Experience in coaching and mentoring educators. Experience working effectively in a diverse and collaborative educational team environment. 5+ years of successful experience in progressively responsible teaching, research, educational, and administrative leadership roles within a university setting. Preferred experience with accreditation bodies (e.g. ACGME, ACGME-I, LCME, etc.) and ranking systems such as QS. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in an academic environment. Demonstrated success in strategic planning, financial management, resource allocation, and personnel supervision. The ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to address challenges and promote the institution's mission. Proficiency in Vietnamese is a benefit.
