This is a remote position.
PHILIPPINE BASED APPLICANTS ONLY
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for supporting the accounts team with bookkeeping and accounts administration.
Candidates must have an incredible eye for detail and be efficient with data entry you will have an eye for detail and understand the importance of quality assurance within your role.
Key Responsibilities
Daily reconciliation of clients accounts through receipt bank
Commission calculations
Accounts management invoicing and receivables
Payroll admin and processing through MYOB
BAS preparation
Monthend Reconciliation
Process and prepare financial and business forms to check account balances
Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports
Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets
Review and audit financial statements and reports ensure all calculations and data entry is correct
Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with clients
Assist in creating financial reports regularly
Creditor invoices approval data entry & payment (Weekly)
Reconcile and enter all income journals (Monthly)
General Account EOM reconciliation.
Ensuring all Invoices are entered and account reconciliations have been completed (Monthly)
Preparation of General Account Reports Monthly (PNL) and Quarterly (GST)
Assist in the preparation of budget (Annually)
Preparation and submission of Tax Returns
Administration & Support
CRM management
Data entry
Updating File notes
Proposal and Document preparation from templates
General administrative duties
Adhoc Real Estate tasks
Bachelor s Degree
Qualified Bookkeeper ()
Minimum of 2 years of Australian/NZ Bookkeeping experience is required
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
Highly organized processoriented
Experience in the ff:

MYOB Xero and QuickBooks.
CRM Microsoft Office (Word Excel and Outlook)
Experience with an Australian/NZ client
Sound understanding of Payroll BAS and GST
Sound knowledge/understanding of payroll accounts payable and receivable processes
Experience in data entry document creation and general admin within a Real Estate Services ()
