About the Role:
Our client a leading automotive dealership in the Vredenburg area Western Cape is seeking to hire a New Vehicle Sales Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will lead the sales team devise and implement effective sales strategies and achieve ambitious sales targets. Additionally the Sales Manager will foster a customerfocused sales culture and elevate the Group brand.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Team Development: Mentor and train sales staff to enhance their product knowledge sales skills and customer service abilities.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every customer enjoys a positive and memorable buying experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with the stock control team to maintain an optimal vehicle mix that meets customer demand.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions to maximize dealership profitability.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Adherence to Standards: Ensure compliance with dealer and company standards.
