Job Description:
As a Direct Sales Agent you will be responsible for promoting and selling our financial products and services. Your primary duties will include:
- Identifying potential customers and generating leads.
- Presenting and selling banking products and services to prospective clients.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Conducting market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Participating in sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Providing excellent customer service and support.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business Marketing or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goaloriented with a strong sales drive.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- The preferred candidate must have at least 2 years experience in the same role preferably from commercial banks and a track record of meeting set targets.
