A Food Processing/Manufacturing company is looking to hire an experienced Human Resources Specialist to manage all aspects of human resources including recruitment talent management benefits administration and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR strategies to align with organizational goals and objectives. Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Hiring: Manage job postings interview schedules and onboarding processes.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee complaints grievances and conflicts.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits including health insurance retirement plans and leave policies.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation processes.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws regulations and industry standards.
- RecordKeeping: Maintain accurate and uptodate HR records and reports.
Requirements
Human Resources Generalist Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Human Resources positions.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR policies administration and employee relations.
- Skills: Proficiency in computer usage strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present and represent the company effectively.
- Education: Minimum academic qualification of a bachelors degree in human resources business administration or a related field.
- Certification: Professional certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus.
- Attributes: Strong communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
