We are currently seeking motivated individuals fluent in Vietnamese and English to join our team as Customer Support Representatives. This role involves handling inbound calls emails and tickets to provide timely and effective assistance to customers.
Proficiency in one or more additional languages such as Mandarin Cantonese Thai etc. is highly desirable but not a must.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and ticketing system.
- Provide accurate information regarding products services and policies.
- Assist customers with order placements tracking and returns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience and professionalism.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Keep detailed records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (both written and verbal).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Previous experience in customer support for eCommerce site support or related roles is preferred
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin Cantonese Thai etc. is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems is advantageous.
