NR-13 Inspector

Position Overview:

The NR13 Inspector is responsible for ensuring compliance with NR13 regulations which pertain to safety standards for boilers pressure vessels and piping systems within the oil and gas industry. This role involves conducting inspections preparing documentation and implementing safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of boilers pressure vessels and piping systems to ensure compliance with NR13 regulations.
• Develop and maintain NR13 compliance documentation including dossiers and data books.
• Provide technical guidance on the design installation and maintenance of equipment to meet NR13 standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures related to NR13 equipment.
• Conduct training sessions on NR13 safety standards for staff and contractors.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and participate in audits and inspections.
• Investigate and report incidents involving NR13 regulated equipment and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on changes to NR13 regulations and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Safety Engineering or a related field.
• Certification or qualification in NR13 regulations.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety compliance within the oil and gas industry preferably in China.
• Indepth knowledge of NR13 regulations and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
