NR-12 Inspector

Position Overview:

The NR12 Inspector is responsible for ensuring compliance with NR12 regulations which pertain to the safety of machinery and equipment within the oil and gas industry. This role involves conducting inspections preparing documentation and implementing safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure compliance with NR12 regulations.
• Develop and maintain NR12 compliance documentation including safety dossiers and maintenance records.
• Provide technical guidance on the design installation and maintenance of machinery to meet NR12 standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures for machinery and equipment.
• Conduct training sessions on machinery safety for staff and contractors.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and participate in audits and inspections.
• Investigate and report incidents involving machinery and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on changes to NR12 regulations and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Safety Engineering or a related field.
• Certification or qualification in NR12 regulations.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in machinery safety within the oil and gas industry preferably in China.
• Indepth knowledge of NR12 regulations and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
