Experience and Educational Requirements:

Bachelors degree in IT Cybersecurity or similar or equivalent work experience.

Total 12 years .

GRC CISM CISSP CISA Audit ISO NIST

Prefer Security Certification(s) (i.e. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or other equivalent recognized security certifications.

Experience working and managing direct reports in a large geographically dispersed environment.

Understanding of industry standard regulations risk management and security controls frameworks and standards (e.g. ISO PCI NIST GAPP HIPAA GDPR CIS SANS OWASP Top 10 MITRE ATT&CK etc.).

Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT or IT security teams.

Strong understanding of information security principles.

Excellent communication skills: able to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Skills Desired:

Understanding of risk assessment methodologies.

Experience with various vulnerability assessment and/or tools a plus (Qualys Microsoft Defender Tanium Armis or similar).

Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Strong written and verbal English language skills
