Job Description
Job Title: Laboratory Technician III
Client: Food Manufacturing Company
Location: Plymouth MN 55447
Duration: 11 months
Schedule: MonFri 8 AM 5 PM; some weekends
Responsibilities:
- Support R&D teams in molecular biology and fermentations.
- Prepare media/plates restock supplies clean/sterilize glassware.
- Collect/autoclave waste maintain lab areas.
- Perform equipment upkeep and sample collection on weekends.
Requirements:
- Lab experience sterile techniques and good math skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Additional:
- Background check and drug test required.
