This Exec Sous Chef job role will involve executing dishes to the highest standards and working closely with Exec Chef. You will be a good Kitchen Manager who is able to run a kitchen to budget.
Good leadership and communication skills are required - you will be able to manage a diverse team of staff.
Prior GCC experience is strongly preferred, with international experience being an absolute must.
