• Manage incidents and service requests related to mainframe systems guaranteeing timely and effective resolutions.
• Utilize ServiceNow for streamlined ticket management tracking and resolution.
• Collaborate closely with various support teams and stakeholders to investigate and resolve intricate technical issues within mainframe environments.
• Document troubleshooting steps solutions and resolutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Contribute to system performance maintenance and enhancements within mainframe systems.
• Implement best practices for mainframe system support and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 210 years of experience in a support role specializing in mainframe technologies.
• Expertise in COBOL and ServiceNow is mandatory.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mainframe support methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication with stakeholders. Proficiency in German is a plus.
• Goodtohave skills in JCL DB2 and Linux for a deeper understanding of mainframe environments.
