To build a successful sales force, increase and strengthen customers portfolio, and achieve assigned sales targets. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling operational challenges and managing all framework agreements in place with commercial partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Monitoring and enhancing performance and development of sales force.
- Preparing and presenting sales reports to the senior management.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing strategies and plans.
- Enhancing and managing Customer Service activities.
- Creating, maintaining, and enhancing CRM activities.
- Leading, motivating, and coaching sales force.
- Building and managing the sales force.
Requirements

- Bi-lingual (English/Arabic) fluently
- Ability to work in a fast pace growing environment.
- A minimum of 10 years work experience in sales in UAE.
- At least 7 years work experience in a sales management capacity in courier and logistics industry.
- A Business Administration degree in Marketing & Sales or Business Administration or other relevant degrees.
