Job Title: Data Analyst

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on analyzing data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills proficiency in data visualization and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect clean and analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and insights that support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain reports dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand data needs and provide analytical support for business projects.
• Use statistical methods to interpret data and generate actionable recommendations.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
• Stay updated with the latest data analysis techniques and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in developing data collection processes and data management systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics Mathematics Economics Business Administration or a related field.
• 23 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to convey complex data insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
